120+ Daily Journal Prompts for Gratitude, Reflection & More

A lot of us are familiar with the benefits of journaling like a clearer mind, coping with depression, understanding ourselves, and more.

But a lot of us struggle with journalling itself. What do I write about in the first place? I'm not a good writer. Worry not!

Journaling is less about writing well and more about writing honestly, and that can be messy, imperfect, grammatically incorrect, and nothing like a page out of a novel. The purpose is for you to express yourself.

One great way to journal with ease is to use prompts. So, today I'm bringing to you 120+ daily journal prompts and questions. These range from topics like gratitude, relationships, money, and more!

And, of course, to do all of this, you need to have a journal to write in. A great journal that I've been using for the past 3 years is the Gratitude app.

It has been really, really helpful for me in my life. It's private, obviously portable, colorful, and lets me add photos. It also has a multitude of prompts ready to go. I would highly recommend you try it out!

With that, here's what you'll find in this post:
