I have a very busy mind and I have had it for years. Gratitude gave me a new focus that crap might be going on in my life but if I take a few moments to sit down and find I have so much to be grateful for, I am always gobsmacked.
Gratitude really helps as I get so caught up with my racing thoughts. Being grateful for even one thing gets me out of my head. An important bit of peace of mind. I would highly recommend gratitude as it gives you time to reflect on happy and healthy thoughts. I always decorate my gratitude book, make it special.😍🥰
