Presenting the 21 Day Self Love Course!

HPCL under the Shukr Platform is bringing you the 21-day self-love course created by the team of Gratitude on March 7.
Self-love is a fundamental yet forgotten part of our lives, and with this course, we want to help you begin your journey of becoming a better friend to yourself.
This course will help you,
- Form a healthier and more supportive relationship with yourself
- Shape a compassionate and empowering self-talk with positive affirmations
- Build the habit of looking at life through the gratitude perspective
- Learn how to practice self-love with the help of guided tools
Message from the Course Instructor - Aarushi Tewari
The course will cover topics like self-belief, body image, self-acceptance, letting go, self-worth, compassion, confidence, and many more!
Each day, there are 3 lessons:
- Introduction on the day’s topic by the instructor and advice on how to tackle it.
- Affirmations audio session related to the day’s topic to help students shape positive and uplifting self-talk.
- A journal prompt for self-reflection using the perspective of gratitude.
🎁 In addition to this, you will receive gifts on Days 7, 14, and 21 that help them practice what they have learned.
The instructor will interact with you daily on a WhatsApp group and hold live webinars on Mar 7, 10, 17, and 24.
