Tammy's Story - The girl with anxiety
"There will always be somebody right there for you."
Hello, my name is Tammy, and today I'll be writing for the people who understand me. There are people out there who are like me with anxiety and depression. Although people may see this as not a big deal, it is a really big deal.
This is a big deal to me because people with anxiety and depression can suffer from suicide. I'm not saying that I am suicidal; I am just saying that people who are like me can be that. I know this is crazy, but there are people out there like that. I used to be that. I can relate if you are like that. I am just letting you guys know that if you suffer from these, I recommend getting Gratitude. This is a really good app.
You may be like, "Oh, she's just lying." You may not even think I am a real person. I am a real person, guys. Right now, I have such good spelling only because I am using a mic, yes, a mic. I'm not good at school. I'm barely in seventh grade right now, and I have an F in English, so that's why I'm using a mic right now if I post the story and nobody can read it, then what's the point of posting it?
I want to say that no matter what, you guys, there will always be somebody right there for you. Maybe you can't see it; maybe you don't believe it, but I'm going to help you believe it. Well, gratitude is going to help you believe it. It will always remind you that there are loved ones who love you that you have friends, and that you are an amazing person. Gratitude can help you with a lot of things.
One day I was on the Play Store, and I saw this app. I downloaded it, and then I noticed that it was helping me. At first, I thought it was a journal app, like just journaling just to write stuff down. But now I know that it's not an app I wanted, but it's an app that I needed. Thank you for reading my story. I hope you can build the confidence to write your own story and post it where I can read it. Thank you.
