Before I started using gratitude as a daily practice, life was not as fabulous. I don't recall when I learned about gratitude or from whom, however, many books that I've read or listened to, podcasts, etc, all mention that gratitude is important.
I wanted to start practicing daily gratitude because I heard about how it could make my life better.
Who knew that such a short and simple daily task would have such a positive dramatic impact? Gratitude has become nearly effortless for me in any situation. I am so happy and grateful for finding the Gratitude app about 3 years ago.
Since then, my gratitude practices have become more complex. I have found other ways to practice gratitude, not only on the phone. Just thinking of what I am grateful for can have a huge positive impact on my behavior.
Gratitude has a huge impact on my life. I always feel better after I practice gratitude. I feel like I am better able to show up for the people in my life. I have become much happier and my mindset is almost constantly more positive.
When you're in a state of gratitude it's hard to feel bad. The app gratitude still plays an important part in improving my life, because just seeing the word gratitude on my home screen makes me smile.
