How to Make an Affirmation Jar

When making your affirmation jar, there's no pressure to be artistic, you can be as creative as you want to or keep it minimalistic. Do what you want.

Here are the things you would need:

  1. A jar or box
  2. Pen, pencil, or colorful markers
  3. Small pieces of paper
  4. (Optional) Ribbon and stickers to decorate

The first and most important thing you need to do is make a list of the affirmations you want to put in your affirmation jar. Below, I've collected affirmations for mornings, self-love, money, happiness, health, success, and more that you can pick from.

Then, pick the prettiest jar/box you can find. Cut paper into squares or rectangles and start writing these affirmations one by one. You can also put a label on the jar saying something like, "Jar of Positive Affirmations" or "Daily Dose of Sunshine", or anything that rings a bell.

Finally, fold the paper slips and put them in the jar. Your affirmation jar is now ready! You can make a ritual and pick out a slip every morning or before you go to bed.
