Sacral Chakra Affirmations
In Sanskrit, the word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in the body. These wheels or disks of spinning energy each relate to certain nerve bundles and major organs.
The sacral chakra is located just below the belly button and is connected to our creative and sexual energy. It is also linked to our connection with our intuition, emotions, and the emotions of the people around us.
Here are some sacral chakra affirmations:
- I enjoy pleasure in all areas of my life.
- My emotions are free-flowing and balanced.
- I am a creative being.
- It is my birthright to receive pleasure.
- I honor the sacred body in which my soul resides.
- I welcome sensuality into my life.
- My intuitive senses are awakened.
- I embrace my vibrant sexuality.
- Creating art nourishes my soul and brings me joy.
- I am a lovable and desirable being.

How The Attitude of Gratitude Can Transform Your Life
The ‘attitude of gratitude’ is a super cool term. It’s got a nice ring to it and it encapsulates how deeply gratitude can become a part of our lives.
I’ve been practicing gratitude for years now and it has completely transformed how I respond to situations in day-to-day life.
Before I used to let days pass me by without pausing to look at the blessings around me. I used to worry and complain and take so much for granted.
I lived many great days but I didn’t give the time to really appreciate their goodness. I did have joyful days but I lacked the awareness of the root of their joy and how I could experience that more and more truly.

Anita's Story - Grateful Realization
This week, I want to share Anita's story with you about being strong even in times of unfairness and focusing on what matters most.
"My mum passed away suddenly in November 2019. She left a will that had been in place since 2012, which said that everything would go to her surviving children.
She was married and had not lived with that person since 2004, so she had no financial contribution to paying the mortgage off that was solely in her name.
Mum's Will was contested by this person and his adult daughter..."
