I don't really know the reason why you downloaded this app but I'm happy you did. For example, I downloaded this app because I wanted to wake up with some positive thoughts for the rest of my day.
I wanted to appreciate all the things I have in my life. I wanted to improve myself more and more. To be honest, this app really helped me. I, my mindset, my life has changed.
Now we must remember that some days are not that good, but these are only some days, not our whole lives! Good days are coming too, I promise you! But, for those days to come, we have to try too. We can't only wait, without trying.
We can start thinking positively, being confident, doing things about ourselves, changing whatever we don't like in our lives, dropping all the toxic people, etc. I know that it's not easy, it's hard, but we have to try. That's why we are here, alive.
We are here for some reason and we should appreciate that. We may deal with some health disorders and not having a lot of motivation to do all these things and it's perfectly fine.
We don't have to worry about that, because it's just only a phase, we won't feel like this for the rest of our lives. It just needs time. And we are going to give it time. We can start doing small steps, to reach our goals. We can do that. And we are going to do that.
We may deal with some traumas and I'm really so sorry if you are dealing with this. We can write our thoughts on a paper, talk to our parents, our teachers, our friends, we mustn't keep it inside of us.
We deserve the best. We are the best. We also can be the best, without looking the same with the "beauty standards" on social media. I am me, you are you, we are us. We are all different and unique, and that's the best thing about people.
If we were the same person, life wouldn't have fun. We all offer something important to live, every day. We may feel insecure and that's not good. Instead of comparing yourself to others, you can focus on your beautiful characteristics.
We must also remember that, not only external beauty counts but inside beauty too. We can start learning and reading new things, doing good gestures, helping each other, meeting new people, etc.
Don't feel like a mistake, mistakes are for everyone. We all make mistakes. Either the different or the same. It's perfectly fine. Don't criticize yourself that much. It was just a mistake, not the catastrophe of the world.
Please, believe in yourself. Fake it until you make it. Be the best version of yourself. You deserve it. I love you and I wish you the best. I hope you will have the best day.
