World Mental Health Day 🌎 Healing Affirmations 😇 What is Self-love 💗 Mercedes' Story

Hey grateful people! Happy World Mental Health Day 😄😄😄

Today, let's check in with each other. How have you been doing? How do you feel?

On this occasion, I want you to take out some time and do something for yourself.

Even if it's for a few minutes, give yourself what you need. Maybe it's just about lying down and breathing deeply.

Maybe it's going for a walk, listening to music, reading, writing, or watching a movie you like.

Maybe it's meditating, watching the sky, or calling someone up.

Whatever it may be, do something that you know is good for you.

You deserve it!

And, with that, here is your gratitude newsletter:

Healing Affirmations

As it's World Mental Health Day, I think there's no other affirmation better than that of healing

Let's give ourselves the tenderness of these words. As you listen to each affirmation, allow it to seep deep into your being.

Let the affirmations heal everything that needs to be healed and make space for joy to flow in.

May it be your pain, your inner child, or how you feel about yourself, know that you can heal.

Here are the healing affirmations:

  1. I give myself permission to heal.
  2. I am willing to be at peace with myself and everyone.
  3. My immune system is healthy and strong.
  4. I am grateful for my body.
  5. I am healing gently.
  6. I allow myself to give and receive love.
  7. I am capable of unconditional love.
  8. I trust that everything in my life is unfolding perfectly.
  9. I am willing to be at peace with myself and everyone.
  10. I am healthy, happy, and radiant.

Wisdom and Self-Help Tips

What is Self-love and Why You Deserve It

You might have heard the term self-love a lot these days but might not be sure what it actually means.

Is self-love about being selfish? Does that mean you have to disregard others and only care about what you want?

Are people who love themselves narcissists?

The answer is no.

elf-love is not about putting yourself above everyone else, thinking you’re better than others, and cannot be wrong. It’s not about disregarding others in your life.

Self-love is about treating yourself like you treat the people you love. Simple and straight.
